You can present your project however you like. Poster, powerpoint, brochure, podcast, video or any other method.
You will have two sessions to work on this in class and it is due the following week.

Food of the World project
- A basic map of the country/area with the main cities labelled.
- Sharing food: What foods originated in that country that are now popular all over the world.
- Religion: What religions are present in the region and how does this contribute to foods eaten and meal structure.
- Climate: what is the climate in the region and how has this impacted on foods grown/eaten.
- Meal Structure: How is food eaten in the region?
- Cooking tips: methods of preparing, cooking, preserving or storing food – especially techniques that are unique or original to the region
- Special cuisine: foods and dishes that are seen as typical of the region (including some sample recipes); does the cuisine date back to the foods produced in early agricultural times or has it changed?
- Food customs: is food a part of major celebrations or used food rituals and traditions.
- Food curiosities: are there ingredients/dishes that are strange, unique, weird or curious?
- Recommendations of delicious and enjoyable food to try.
- Famous chefs from that country: Are there famous chefs/restaurants that serve that cuisine in Australia.
